Chantal Causin, DDS

Dr. Causin is originally from the West Bank; however, she lived in St. Bernard, Louisiana, with her family until the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Afterward, she relocated to the north shore with her husband and their two sons. This is where she partnered her practice with Grand Family Dentistry, continuing to give the best dental care possible to the people in this community. She and the other doctors have come together with organizations such as Dentistry From The Heart and Dreams Come True Foundation, donating over 65,000 dollars of dental care to those less fortunate. Dr. Causin is dedicated to not only cosmetic transformations but also the overall health and well-being of every patient she sees.

Dr. Gregg Roy
Dr. Roy is a 1991 graduate of LSUSD. He attended LSU at Baton Rouge, majoring in Zoology. He was a founding member of LSU’s Pre-Dental Society and served as it’s vice president and president. The society was created as an organized club that introduced undergraduate predental students with the faculty and facility of LSUSD. Proudly, forty years later, it’s still going strong.
Dr. Roy completed a year’s oral surgery internship at Charity, Earl K Long, and Ochsner hospitals and then entered into private practice in Norco, La. serving the community for 30 years. He joined Grand Family Dentistry in 2024 and brings a long history of experience to the practice. He enjoys all disciplines of dentistry but especially performing root canals and placing implants.
He has two wonderful children. He enjoys the outdoors, the gym, cooking and eating healthy. He is proud to be a part of the Grand family and looks forward to meeting the wonderful patients who make the practice what it is.
Caroline Grand, DDS
Dr. Caroline Grand completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. She attended the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2021. Dr. Grand is committed to staying at the forefront of the dental field through regular continuing education and has received advanced training to achieve her Invisalign® certification as well as certifications in BOTOX® and dermal fillers.
Dr. Grand is a member of several professional organizations, including the following:

- American Academy of General Dentistry
- American Academy of Facial Esthetics
As a dentist, her goal is to form patient relationships built on trust and to improve her patients’ quality of life through their oral health, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Dr. Grand is engaged to Dr. Luke Baumgartner and is close to her sister and parents. When not in the office, she loves to spend time outside or on the water with her family and her golden retriever, Nellie. She enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes every week, and she loves to travel and spend quality time in new places.
William B. Grand, DDS

We are one of the few offices in the area that will work with our patients financially to make sure that they receive the treatment they need regardless of the cost. We strive to educate our patients first so they may understand their treatment and the ways they can improve their lives through prevention. Lastly, I am happy to announce we offer sedation dentistry in every office for those patients who have a hard time getting numb, those with high anxiety and those of you who desire complete mouth restoration but do not want to have multiple appointments. Dr. Grand has dedicated more than 13 years to providing families in our community with quality dental care for a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles. Dr. Grand is originally from Baton Rouge but now lives in Mandeville. He spent four years in the United States Navy as an aircraft electrician. After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Dr. Grand accepted a scholarship to the Centenary College of Louisiana, where he received his bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Grand went on to earn his dental degree from the LSU School of Dentistry. Anyone who has been treated by Dr. Grand can appreciate his honesty, wit and strong sense of family values. He makes the trip to the dentist worthwhile!
Outside of the office, Dr. Grand enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, William and Andrew, and participating in outdoor activities.
